Saturday 15th August

7pm Historical Desert Island Discs: episode 1 – Elmer. Brought to you by the Malmesbury Carnival team, Historical Desert Island Discs is a twist on the well known Radio 4 show and will feature some of your favourite local historical celebrities. The show uncovers fascinating facts (some of them true – well we got their names right) and provides amazing insights to their characters and lives. Historical or hysterical – you decide.

Written and performed by our own Co-Chairs (anything to keep them out of the pub) – what can possibly go wrong!

  1. Don’t use any information from these interviews as the basis of any historical work.

7.30 – Monks Mix

Our regular magazine show featuring wonderful Roaming Reporter Lorna in the Forest of Dean, great spoken word readings from Sara Gray and Jaqueline Tong and lots of music….
