Join us for 10 weeks of fun running sessions designed to support both complete beginners and those looking to get back to fitness.
Running has several health benefits including those that improve both psychological and physical wellbeing. The course is based on a couch to 5km programme, motivating you to become fitter and complete a 5km whilst training in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. The sessions are a mix of walking, jogging and running to support all levels of ability.

Where: Activity Zone, Malmesbury
When: Thursdays, starting on the 19th September 2019 – 21th November (no session on 31st October) at 9.15-10.15am.
