Volunteer Sort Room Assistant, Devizes

4th September 2018, 1:15pm | By Jackie Ball |

Whether you’re a keen rummager, an organised operator or love the look of a freshly ironed shirt, we have a role for you!

If you like things to be clean, neat and tidy then we need your help to sort the donations we receive into their different categories. Jump on the steamer and watch those creases and wrinkles disappear, and know those donated Hawaiian shirts light up a disco dance floor once more!

Our store in Devizes s moving to a bigger location, and needs some extra help in the back room area to organise donations as they arrive. At the end of the day, go home feeling satisfied and proud that you have helped to raise vital funds for research into combating heart disease. This role is perfect for getting back into a work environment or creating a new social circle whilst giving back to a good cause, and we have a friendly team of staff and volunteers who can help you settle in.

Flexible timings available – fit us in to your schedule. Tea, biscuits and full training provided! We also offer our volunteers the choice to do free NVQ qualifications.

Pop in and ask for Jackie for more information
