Systems Thinking Education Programme running in 2019

19th December 2018, 4:57pm | By catherinerussell |

The 3-day course is run by our highly valued and experienced Practitioners at Wiltshire Council. This is a ‘learning by doing’ workshop specifically designed to provide you with a set of practical tools and methods to make Systems Thinking accessible and the confidence to begin your own improvement journey.

This opportunity is perfect for those who strive to provide an exceptional service for their customers, want to improve the performance of their system and look to radically improve productivity and value of the service being delivered.

Feedback from previous delegates;

“Quite possibly the best course I have ever been on”

“Fabulous session – great to bring real life experience and how to apply it to our own work areas”

“Fantastic course – very well delivered and easy to understand”

Better relationships + better thinking = better actions and better results.

Places are available on a range of dates throughout the year or bespoke courses can be commissioned if required. If you would like to book a space/spaces, please email STTraining@wiltshire.gov.uk .
