Start 2019 with Seated Sports – New session starting in Potterne

Working in partnership with physical activity provider Innov8 Sportz CIC, Wiltshire Council are expanding the Seated Sports programme across the county with our latest session starting in Potterne later this month.

 

Seated Sports is an adapted sports programme for older people or individuals

with a mobility issue. All sports and activities take place from a sitting position

allowing participants to take part in a low intensity, highly enjoyable form of

physical activity.

 

Session Details:

Venue: Village Hall, Mill Road, SN10 5ND

Day: Tuesday’s (first session Tuesday 22 January)

Time: 10am – 11am

Cost: £3 per session
