Alzheimer’s Support is recruiting a part-time Dementia Adviser to join the team providing essential advice and information for people affected by dementia in Wiltshire. It’s a unique role working closely with Wiltshire’s memory services and supporting other Dementia Advisers across the county. 20 hours weekly in a very supportive team.
