Award-winning Wiltshire charity Alzheimer’s Support is looking for a part-time assistant care coordinator to provide admin support to our team of care coordinators.

We are looking someone who is passionate about caring for others and has empathy for people living with dementia. You’ll also need  good organisational skills, initiative, experience of prioritising multiple tasks and excellent communication skills.
