Devizes library get ready to celebrate Pyjamarama!

Across Wiltshire, libraries will be hosting their own special rhyme times and distributing free books to celebrate BookTrust’s ‘Pyjamarama’ running from Monday 3 – Friday 7 June.

Pyjamarama is all about encouraging families to have fun reading together, anywhere and anytime and to share the magic of books, particularly at bedtime.

Across Wiltshire there will be a range of activities including teddy bear sleepovers, pyjama rhymetimes plus stories and fun activities.

Pyjamarama teddy bear sleepover at Devizes Library

Come along dressed ready for bed with your teddy bear and listen to bedtime stories together.

Then let your teddy spend the night in the library and collect your teddy bear the next day.

For 5s and under.

Book your free place at the library.  For more information Tel: 01380 726878

Children remain the responsibility of their parent/carer and children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. If your child has any special requirements which we may be able to help with please let us know.

Venue: Devizes Library
Date: Thursday, 6 June, 2019
Time: 6.00pm to 7.00pm

If families are unable to make it along to their local event they can join in the fun at home, with plenty of PJ themed arts and crafts on the BookTrust website: booktrust.org.uk/pyjamarama-books/
