Devizes Lantern Parade 2019

27th November 2019, 11:40am | By andrewjack |

This year’s Lantern Parade, brought to you by DOCA, takes place next Friday evening (29th Nov) and the theme is “Other Worlds”!

If you’d like to take part in the parade, collect your lantern from St John’s Church on Long Street from 4.30pm. The parade itself leaves from Maryport Street at 6.15pm, winding its way through town to end up at the Market Place.  Father Christmas will turn on the town’s Christmas lights at 6.45pm in the Market Place and this is followed by fireworks.

Keep your eyes out for the flyers that have all the info you need to have a great time at this event.

The event flyer has all the details you need to find out about these workshops and what you’ll be up to during the sessions.  Or check out www.docadevizes.org.uk/lantern-parade
