TV chef Peter Vaughan is promising delicious food and an extra special cookery demonstration at a fundraising dinner dance for Alzheimer’s Support on Chinese New Year on January 31st 2020.

During the event at Devizes Sports Club Peter will also talk about the fascinating flavours and ingredients to be found Chinese cuisine.

The evening’s menu will include assorted dim sum and lettuce wraps, aromatic Wiltshire pork with Sichuan pepper, crispy tofu in hoisin sauce and Chinese pineapple apricot cake with mango and lime ice-cream.

As well as the delicious food, guests will also be able to dance the night away to live music from Indecision.

Tickets for the dinner dance, which starts at 7pm and runs until 11.30pm, are £30 per person or £240 for a table of eight. To book tickets, visit https://bit.ly/2CiuqY3
