Creatvie Heritage Health and Wellbeing Group

9th May 2019, 4:13pm | By Louise Rendle | Event Date : 13/06/2019

A brand new creative project is starting in Corsham in June.

Wiltshire Service Users’ Network (WSUN) together with Creative Minds artist Grace Dalgleish will be running an 8 week project exploring Corsham’s history and heritage through Creative Activities, including photography and block printing.

The project which begins on Thursday 13th June is open to anyone 18+ who has a long term condition, disability or mental health experience. Each weekly session costs £2 and will take place between 10.45am and 1pm.

Throughout the project, members will be offered a safe and supportive non-judgemental setting in which they can share their experiences, learn new skills and be more active.
Participants will be exploring Corsham, Corsham Court and the Alms Houses during the sessions. Some of the sites which will be visited may have uneven ground and some steps.

No previous creative experience is necessary, just a willingness to take part and have some fun.

For more information about the project, please contact Louise on 01380871800 or email louiserendle.wsun@btconnect.com  Places are limited and booking is required.
