Dementia Adviser – new role

Join the team! Alzheimer’s Support is expanding its team of Dementia Advisers to meet a rising need for information, advice and support across Wiltshire. The charity is seeking a new adviser to work 20 hours a week, liaising with memory services and supporting the existing team across the county.
