Corsham library order and collect service

20th November 2020, 1:18pm | By Ros Griffiths |

Library members can sign up for Order and Collect by completing an order form or phoning the library during the hours listed below.  Our staff will choose books for you to enjoy based on your preferences and contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect them . Audiobooks can be selected if you have an audiobook subscription or membership exemption. We are sorry we are not able to take requests for specific books or titles through this form, as books will be selected from the stock held within the library you choose to collect from. Books are loaned for three weeks and will need to be renewed if you wish to keep them longer. They can be returned through the library letter box at any time.

Corsham Library 01249 468490

Monday 10am to 12pm
Wednesday 10am to 2pm
Friday 10am to 2pm

Customers will collect books from the rear fire exit door off the pathway at the back of the library.  Those customers who will be allowed in for  bookable public computer will enter from the same door but exit via the main campus entrance door.

If you wish to reserve a specific book, books can be reserved online from libraries across Wiltshire for 95p (free for children’s items) using the library catalogue. Reservations can also be placed by phoning the library.  When the book arrives, you’ll be contacted to arrange a convenient time for you to collect it from the library entrance.

Computer bookings

Computers can be used for 45 minutes, these sessions must be booked in advance. They can be booked by phoning the relevant library during the hours listed above. You’ll be asked to provide your contact details as part of COVID-19 NHS test and trace, we would encourage you to provide these when asked. Please observe social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering when using the computers.

If you need help using the computer, please bring someone with you to support you and let staff know when you book so that they can book you on to a computer with additional space
