Corsham Bowls Club Renovation Project

9th September 2020, 2:45pm | By John Connelly |

Corsham Bowls Club is delighted to announce the completion of its project to Replace and Renovate its Bowls Green and facilities. Thanks to grants and support from the Area Board and dedicated work of Club members over the last year the Club has been able to replace its 100 year old Bowls Green, commission a new Irrigation System, remove an old hedge and replace it with a New Fence, and construct a new pathway allowing access to all sides of the Green.  Please see latest photograph.  Unfortunately, due to the COVID 19 pandemic it has not been possible to play bowls this season.         We do, however, look forward to welcoming new and old faces to our New Green next season which is scheduled to start in April 2021. Details will be published on the club website wwwcorshambowls@wordpress.com.

We hope everyone will benefit from all the hard work of the last year and our New Green will provide an excellent sport and leisure facility for the Community of Corsham and the surrounding communities for many years to come.

A new Green, a new Irrigation System, a new Fence and a new pathway and an “old fashioned welcome” will greet you at Corsham Bowls Club.
