Waste Not Want Not in Chippenham

3rd August 2018, 10:45am | By chippenhamcem |

  • Waste Not Want Not collects items of furniture and electrical goods that are no longer needed and sells them on at very low prices to people on limited income in North Wiltshire. By doing this, we also reduce landfill by 75 tonnes every year.
  • With just two full time and one part time member of staff, we rely upon a dedicated team of volunteers. Many people join us as volunteers to gain confidence and work skills and then progress into employment creating more volunteering opportunities.

  • We are proud to support the homeless and survivors of domestic abuse who are seeking to make a fresh start in life.
  • We are looking for companies as sponsors for our charity for 2018/2019. We were proud to be chosen for support by Chippenham Rotary Club who raised £12,500 this year to help us continue what we started back in 2002. We have helped over 60,000 people to improve their homes since then.

Why not come and visit us in Hungerdown Lane Chippenham SN14 OJJ, phone our Manager Phil Reade on 01249 447 140 or email us at wnwn303@aol.com
