Corsham Photographic Club aims to promote all forms of photography and to support all members in their development.
The club meetings are held fortnightly at Church House, Church Street, Corsham, SN13 0BY. Our season starts in September and ends in July.
We meet on Friday evenings at 7:30 pm and aim to end by 10.00 pm.
The club has a full and varied programme including professional speakers such as Tom Way and Oliver Smart. We also hold workshops, informal evenings to show your images and ‘back to school sessions’.
Our aim is to provide something of interest to all our members.
The first meeting of the season is 6th September, Clive Greenland will be giving a presentation named “Plan, Photograph, Process & Print”. Clive will explain how he captured the Red Arrows flypast of Trowbridge memorial at Wiltshire Armed Forces and Veterans Celebrations on 30th June, 2019.
During the evening we have a 20 minute break when tea, coffee and biscuits are readily available at a modest cost of 40 pence. This break allows club members to make new friends, catch-up with old members and ask questions of members and speakers.
We hold a Christmas Social and festive buffet. We also hold an Awards evening at the end of the season when Trophies are presented to winners.
We consider ourselves to be a friendly club and always welcome new members whatever your ability. Further information can be found on our website or by contacting our Chairman.
