reCollections Box

23rd August 2019, 8:17am | By Ros Griffiths |

Join us for a morning sharing memories and stories of life and work in Box.

Peter Davis will be showing the wonderful photographs taken by his father of stone mining in and around Box from the early 1900s.

Box has a rich history above ground too. If you’re interested in local history, or curious about the people who’ve shaped the village, bring your own photos, newspaper clippings, memorabilia and join the conversation.

Everyone welcome, come along for an interesting morning and a cup of tea.

1 October 2019 Box Library 10.00am – 12.00 noon

Please contact Penney Ellis to find out more or to book your place.
