Personalisation Board

2nd July 2019, 9:28am | By Kate Walton |

A Personalisation Board is being set up in Wiltshire and we are looking for volunteers with lived experience of health or social care to apply to become members of the Board.

To apply to be a volunteer board member contact Kate at Wiltshire Centre for Independent Living on 0300 1233 442 or email info@wiltshirecil.org.uk for an information sheet and short application form. There will be a short informal interview to help us find the right people.

The closing date for application forms is 30th August 2019.
