Office assistant vacancy at Alzheimer’s Support

Just three days left to apply for the Office Assistant job at the friendly Alzheimer’s Support office in Trowbridge!

The charity is looking for an outgoing and super-efficient person to provide a friendly welcome and admin support at its head office in Trowbridge.  You’ll be part of a small team answering the phone and dealing with callers to the office, taking referrals, updating databases and performing a range of other administrative tasks. The post has come about due to an internal promotion.

Hours: 12.5 hours over 3 days:  Monday 9am – 4pm, Tuesday 11am – 2pm, Friday 11am – 2pm. There will also be extra hours to cover holidays and sickness.

Salary: SCP 18 – 20, starting at £9.31 per hour
