Homeless for the night

10th October 2019, 8:55pm | By Ros Griffiths |

Homeless for the night was this year’s Holt Youth Club’s Annual Micro Adventure.

15 young people set out for a taste of what it would be like to sleep rough, they ate a meal made up of food donated by a local supermarket that was due to be thrown away and slept under a shelter made from an old parachute.

Today (10th of October 2019) people around the world have been marking World Homeless Day in many varied ways and changing the lives of homeless people in their local community.
