Be Involved is a Wiltshire initiative that enables employers to support the employability of our young people and the future workforce.

By signing up we aim to create a directory of businesses and other organisations who pledge to work together around the following key areas across Wiltshire: supporting local schools, supporting those with barriers to work, offering apprenticeships, traineeships and supported internships.

Perhaps you already recruit an apprentice but would like to tell us your success story? Already working with a local School but would like to know what else is going on in Wiltshire? You can receive our termly newsletter to find out what careers fair are happening near you! In return, we offer the chance for your business to take part in case studies and receive free HR support and downloads from Work Wiltshire.

If you would like to get involved please fill out the pledge form on our website or contact us at workwilts@wiltshire.gov.uk
